What personal data do we collect and why
On our site, such data is collected only after the explicit consent of the user through the contact form, the inquiry and signal submission forms to the Association, and for training at the Training Center.
Contact Form
The data filled in the contact forms on planini.eu includes email for response, contact phone, and message. They are accepted only after the user’s explicit consent. They are sent to our mailbox, where they are stored on the mail server until they are removed.
Cookies
Cookies are a small package of information sent from a web server to your Internet browser and then returned by the browser every time it accesses the same server.
A cookie remains stored on the user’s computer for use in a subsequent session, but can also be used only within one session and be deleted at the end of the session. Cookies can be deleted by the user at any time from the browser settings.

Articles on this site may contain embedded content (videos, images, content, etc.). Embedded content from other sites accepts and behaves with the site visitor as if they were a visitor to its own site.

Training at the Training Center
The data we collect from you includes: full name (three names), Bulgarian Unified Civil Number (EGN), address, mobile phone number, current email address, and education.
Disclosure of Your Data to Third Parties
The Association discloses your personal data only in the following cases:
- only to state authorities, institutions, and persons to whom we are obliged to provide personal data by law;
- to persons who, by assignment, maintain equipment, software, and hardware used for processing personal data;
- to the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training for the issuance of state diplomas, after completing training issued by the Training Center with APX.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.
Period during which we store your personal data.
Your personal data is stored for the period determined by the current laws, depending on the purpose for which they were collected by the Association.
When the personal data we collect are no longer necessary for the mentioned purposes, we erase, anonymize, or destroy them in another proper manner.
Your right to access and receive information and correction
You have the right to request access to your personal data at any time. You have the right to know what personal data we process about you and what we use it for, and how we store it. With this Privacy Policy, we inform you about how we process and store personal data. You also have the right to request the association to correct any inaccuracies in your personal data.

Right to have your personal data erased “to be forgotten”
Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request that your personal data be erased. Such circumstances are:
- your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;

- in case you have objected to the processing of your personal data;
- other cases provided for in the legislation governing the protection of personal data.
